PES, step by step and with no surprises
Everything you need to take the project from kickoff to the final demo: the calendar, what to deliver at each milestone, well-written user story examples, how to run a sprint and how your grade is computed.

The mistakes that cost the most points
Delivering late or editing a document after the deadline.
Deadlines are hard: at least it is penalised and, in the worst case, the document is discarded.User stories with no acceptance criteria or points.
Without criteria you cannot tell when a story is done, and without points you cannot compute velocity.Filling in the record track (PRT) on the last day.
Update it from day one, one row per person and activity, with consistent descriptions.Commits that cannot be traced to any task.
Every commit must reference the Taiga task it solves: that is the traceability being assessed.An app that only displays the open data.
A viewer or a plain CRUD is not enough: the value lies in new features and your own concepts in the model.A demo with an empty database.
Prepare a realistic dataset and show the most valuable features; describe the untested ones instead.The formula
Nfinal = NEquip × FactIndiv
NEquip = (0.6·Artif + 0.2·GestProj + 0.2·Present) × Ambició
The team grade depends on artefacts, project management and presentations, multiplied by the project's ambition (0.8 to 1.2). Then each person has an individual factor, also between 0.8 and 1.2.
