How to read it
- Fag-1 and Fag-2 are the inception: product vision and planning. They end with the elevator pitch and the customer presentation.
- Fag-3, Fag-4 and Fag-5 are the three development sprints, about three weeks each.
- On review and planning Mondays you close a sprint and open the next one. The same day,
planning_X.pdfgoes to the Drive. - Retrospectives "on your own" are run by the team alone, but must be documented in the report.
Deadlines are hard. A document created or edited after the deadline is at least penalised and, in the worst case, discarded. If two sources disagree, Racó wins.
No class
- Monday 12 October (bank holiday).
- 29 October to 4 November: midterm exams.
- Monday 7 December.
The three presentations
- Elevator pitch: 2 minutes, one person (week 2).
- Customer presentation: 10-15 minutes, two other people (week 4).
- Final technical presentation + demo: about 20 + 10 minutes plus 25 of questions, the rest of the team (16 December).
